The Mail Manager allows you to create and maintain multiple lists of names, addresses and telephone numbers for further manipulation. The Mail Manager interfaces with the relevant Signet modules.

Ideally suited to South Africa, Mail Manager has built in postal and telephone dial codes for consistency and ease of use.

Mail Manager can store unlimited different lists. This allows easy management of various lists, for instance: create a list with all the Debtors, a list of all Suppliers, and another as perhaps a Birthday or Christmas list. The lists can be combined at any time. For each person, Mail Manager stores the following:

• Title
• Initials
• First Names
• Surname
• Company Name
• Postal Address
• Street Address
• Telephone numbers (Day Time, Night Time, Fax, and Cellular)
• EMail address
• Representative
• Analysis Codes (you decide)
• Comments

The analysis codes in Mail Manager allow you to categorise people according to your own criteria.

For instance, you may need to know whether they are English or Afrikaans speaking, or which region they are in.

You can print the entries in various formats including:

• Mailing Labels
• Quick Print (one line per name)
• Mail Merge

The exact layout of the labels is user defined.
