General

  • In the Document Layouts section (Invoices, Statements, etc), a new tick box has been added to the Printer Settings page called "Multiple Lines in Lines Area". If this is ticked, items in the Lines area are positioned not only in the X direction (default), but also in the Y direction. In other words, this allows Invoices for instance to be printed with multiple physical lines per Invoice line.

Inventory

  • The Master Listing report has 2 new date fields allowing the selection of a date range when the Product was Added.
  • The Master Listing report has a new tick box to select only Products that have Never Been Received.
  • On the Receipting screen, a new field has been added to allow capturing of the Exchange Rate.
  • The Transaction Listing report has been changed to allow printing of the Exchange Rate.
  • The Product Master screen has been changed to reflect the Last Receipt Exchange Rate on the Stock Page.
  • The Product Enquiries screen has been changed to reflect the Last Receipt Exchange Rate on the Stock Page.
  • The Product Listing Report has been changed to allow printing of the Last Receipt Exchange Rate.

Order Processing

  • On the Document Entry screen, on the Mail Manager entry page, the E-Mail address has been moved to the top, and is used as a unique key to identify if the customer is already in the Mail Manager.

Mail Manager

  • New Selection Fields have been added to the Listing report to allow selection of the Entries to print by the Date they were Added.
  • A new tick box has been added to the Listing report to allow printing of the Branch in which the Entry was Added.
  • A new button has been added to the Parameters screen to allow Bulk Changes to Mail Entries.
  • On the Mail Entry Details screen, a new field has been added to track the number of visits. This field is automatically incremented if the record is accessed from the Order Processing Document Entry screen.

Live Export

  • The Export routines for Mail Manager have been update to allow exporting of the Number of Visits.

Alien Import

  • The Import routines for Mail Manager have been update to allow importing of the Number of Visits.

  • A new button has been added to the Transactions menu to allow entry of Stock Shortages.
  • A new button has been added to the Enquiries screen (on the Stock page) to allow entry of Stock Shortages.
  • A new Report has been added to the module to allow Printing of Stock Shortages over a period of time.

Order Processing

  • A new menu item has been added to the Document Entry screens (Invoice / Order / Credit Note / etc) to allow entry of Stock Shortages.
